From researching, which involves a quick hand count of people i know, i received some common examples of ways in which people like to relax.

I like to take a hot steamy shower, dry off thoroughly so that my skin is really soft. Then I dive into my bed under the heavy blankets and lie there. The feeling of the sheets are much more pleasurable after a hot shower. The bed must be cold to touch so that you can warm up the bed with your own body heat.
