The new relaxation video is nearly up on the Relaxation Sanctuary youtube page with basic relaxation technique leading to deep relaxation. This video should be used as a tool to relax and also teach yourself how to relax. Practise what the video has told you on yourself at times when convenient such as you lay in bed before sleeping.
